I am interested in calculating the 'size' of a molecule as defined by the molecular countour of electron density at a specific value. I can plot the electron density isosurface, and find the enclosed volume and surface area in the properties window. I would also look the know the three maximum dimensions of this isosurface, either along the xyz axes or (ideally) along the principal axes. How can I do this?
