I have designed a gas sensor with SiO2+SiC+Methane using COMSOL Multiphysics 6.4 , So i want to design a same structure in BIOVIA Material studio 2023 and , also want to determine the Adsorption Coefficient ,Chemisorption Energy ,Repulsion Energy and also  want to Analyze the density of states. The surfaces involved in this is SiO2, Here  Amorphous silica or fused Silica or Silica glass are using, Can you help to design this structure
