Hello everyone,

I am going to calculate density profile for a non-periodic structure. Using Forcite Analysis,it is possible to calculate concentration profile only for periodic structures. In order to calculate concentration profile for my  non-periodic structure i have built a crystal box with approximate size of the system and then copied the structure and pasted it to the box and put it in desired position in to the box. Then i calculate the concentartion profile using Forcite. Is this right and can i used this method?

Also how i can convert concentration profile to density profile?

I will be thankful if guid me about this case.
