I would like to know if this procedure is correct.
To make sure that the density of atomistic system is equal to the density of DPD system, I use the following relation
ρ(physical units)=(Mass of bead * ρ (DPD=3))/Rc^3
Here, Rc refers to the DPD length unit
Preferred number density of DPD system=3
Can we use the value of ρ(physical units) as the input to construct an amorphous cell prior to DPD simulation.
Please correct me if I am wrong
