Hi,

I came to know that we can do crosslinking and interaction studeis in material studio. I want to try the same for dendrimer and ligands. I made a geneartion 4 dendrimer structure by material studio inbuild dendrimer builder tools and later I minimized the energy. On this dendrimer I want to try two tasks....

1. Crosslinking studies of the generation 4 dendrimer(dab core , amine surface by amido amine monomers) with ligand: here i want to know the propability of binding (crosslinking) of ligand to dendrimer(quantitatively).

2. On the formed dendrimtic crosslinked structure i want to try a interaction studies with some drugs.

I Don't know whether it is possible with material studio. Please help me to try that. please send scrit if it is needed for the task.
