Hi All:
I run a NVT MD simulation of a periodic supercell of cuprous oxide (Cu2O) at 500K. The crystal structure changed a lot after MD, becoming something amorphous. This is out of my expectation since the temperature is not that high, only 1/3 of Cu2O's melting point. Can anyone give me suggestion on how that happened? Thanks very much.
