I'm having some issues with the BTCL command for saving an atomistic file. Basically I want to save a molecular system with the atom sets I have defined in the input .xsd file. I tried "writeFile molecular_system" and "writeFile car" but neither command retained the atom sets. Does anyone know of a way to save the atom sets?
