Hi, Everyone

                   Please can someone help tell me how to transform a silica crystal model obtained from material; studio database to an amorphous silica?

SiO2 Crystals  -----to--------  Amorphous silica  ?

I will also be greatful to know how to determine the structure composition of the final model(XRD or IR). Thanks a lot.
