I am running a MD simulaton on a polymer and would like to know how to calculate/compute its glass transition temperature using AMORPHOUS CELL (Temperature protocol)

I think I can do it using discover module by just running a series of NPT dynamics and checking for the density ... but would like to if I can do it using temperature protocol in Amorphous cell
