Sometime when working with blends of 2 or 3 polymers in Amorphous Cell it's useful to distinguish visually from one another. I just wrote a little script to color code the chains in Amorphous Cell according to the oligomer type in blends of this type. Thougt it might be helpful to share with others.

The only required input is the name of the xtd document produced by Amorphous Cell. If you would like to customize the colors, just change the RGB values in array @colorlist.
