Dear all,

I am having some trouble trying to create a surface without molecules being a bond or two short at the top (or bottom) of the surface. Changing the Cleave rule from atomic to default in the cleave surface box does not seem to make any difference. I am using MS version 3.2.

Anyone know how to overcome this issue?
