This script imports a set of structures from an external folder and adds hydrogens, cleans, and optimizes the structures using the Universal forcefield before inserting them into a study table.

If the named study table is not present, a new study table is created with the specified name.

It can be used to process structures from mol files etc or to convert from 2D to 3D structures.

Limitations:

• This will not work with structures that are already in a multi-structure format such as SD files.
• Input file formats are restricted to those that Materials Studio can import.
