Does anyone know how I might be able to resolve, probably, a configuration issue between the CCDC and materials studio software. When I make any search in the CCDC module, no results are generated even though the system shows the message that the job is successful. I thought the order of installation was the problem, so I uninstalled both software and re-installed the CCDC before BIOVIA but it did not change anything.
