Dear fellow MS users,
i have recently installed MaterialsStudio 5.5 on our Linux Cluster. We use the TORQUE queuing system and the scripts from the forum [1].
When I submit CASTEP jobs they execute directly via mpirun using one of the nodes listed in the machines.LINUX file and do not show up in the queue, nor does TORQUE mark the CPUs occupied.
DMol³ and scripting Jobs do run via the queuing system. This problem was not evident in Version 5.0.
Has anyone had such problems before? Any hints?
