At my university, the high-performance cluster network is not directly accessible from my Windows machine and requires SSH tunnelling to call licenses. To do this, I use PuTTY and open ports 1715 and 1720, It was working fine last week, but this week after my ITs updated the license file, it resulted in the following error:
Error: #-97 (LP 7.6.5)
The desired vendor daemon is down.
Check the lmgrd log file, or try lmreread.

I already tried restarting the license manager. Same error. Any thoughts?
