I am looking for a solution for the errors occurred when Powder Indexing was performed.
While, other Reflex modules, such as Pattern Processing, Powder Diffraction, and Powder Refinement, ran without any error. 
I’ve been searching from previous threads, but I could not solve this.
I would appreciate your opinion on this issue.

Background:
Windows10 Pro/64bit
RAM 32 GB
Materials Studio v6.6.0 (32-bit)
Job control: My computer as gateway location

Issue:
As a new user of MS, I practiced with a tutorial on “indexing using X-Cell”. 
Peaks search was successfully performed. 
An error appeared when I ran the Index” with X-Cell job.

First error message was “Server busy”: “This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch To’ to activate the busy program and correct the problem.” 
Then, I received another error message: “Can’t create job for the server PowderIndexing”. 

Additional info:
I am unable to connect to http://localhost:18888 using a browser.
