in the  Analysis Module for forcite one can do an analysis of torsion angles in a  trajectory file. That apparently requires that torsion moitors are set  for the angles  of interest.

Question:

Is it  possible to combine the “Find patterns” tool with the setting of torsion  monitors (e.g. for a large polymer, where installing monitors manually  would be virtually impossible)? If yes, how does  one do that? If no, are there other ways how this could be achieved?
