Maybe I deleted some files attached to the software 

incautiously when I cleaned up the rubbish incautiously. when I opened an exited project, it showed " An error occurred while opening the project:
Failed to set up Project Log in Diagnostics Manager. BSTR could not be converted to narrow CP_ACP string without use of surrogate pairs, in BSTRToString()".So what should I do to solve the problem?
