In the SCF cycle output of the CASTEP file, is the 'time' displayed on the right side the wall time?

The reason I'm asking this is that it seems to be displayed more slowly than the actual elapsed time.

Is the SCF time in the .castep file representing the actual time, or is it something different? Why is there a discrepancy?

Additionally, the reason I'm asking this question is that the time taken on a desktop with an i7-12700 CPU is more than 20 times longer than on a laptop with an i5-1135G7 CPU, which is an abnormally large difference. 

What aspects should I check?
