I would like to apply strain to a 3D periodic polymer system and make the system anisotropic (orient the chains in one direction) and calculate the Young's modulus in that direction. Then, I want to calculate the Young's moduli for this oriented system in different angular directions, from zero degrees to 90 degrees. In other words, I need to rotate the molecules in the cell and apply strain again to calculate the modulus in that angular direction. What would be the best way of doing this?
Thanks!
