Hello everyone,

I have been working for a few months now with MS, mainly in the field of polymer physics.

I am especially interested on polymer dynamics under confinement.

I would like to know if there is any possibility to build and further simulate the amorphous regions of a semicrystalline polymer. In other words, build amorphous chains of a certain polymer confined by a top and bottom layers of a crystal formed by the same system in order to reach as a much as possible the realistic situation in semicrystalline polymers. Later on, mi goal is to perform simulations and compare physical properties to the fully amorphous case.

Could anyone give some advice in this respect?
