I want to ask you guys about how to build layer with different chemical materials (different space group)

For example, The space group between graphene and ZnS is different thus, i can't use the bulid layer function. Because my personal computer was stopping while i used the build layer function

Is there easy tip for using build layer function??

If you guys have a good idea for this problem, please let me know
