We have a few scripts written for insight/discover, but are unable to run them on Materials Studio, due I believe to the different file structure. How can we change the writing commands for MS?

And can we submit two molecualr dynamics (or more) in a row, fo instance to do variable temperature dynamics for determination of Tg?
