Hi All,
I recently installed the BIOVIA Materials Studio Golden Version 2024 on my office desktop at Monash University, Australia. However, each time I attempt to create a new document (e.g., 3D Atomistic, 3D Mesoscale, etc.) or import a file, the software crashes unexpectedly. This issue persists even after trying the Refresh version.
Upon investigating via the Event Viewer, I encountered the following error:

Moreover, I discovered that there is no "ntdll.dll" file in the directory C: WindowsSystem32, which I found to be a known cause of crashing errors, according to the MS Community.
Interestingly, the software functions perfectly on my personal computer, leading me to believe the issue is isolated to my office desktop. I would greatly appreciate any support in troubleshooting and resolving this problem.
Thanks in advance.
