I am a beginner and have a question regarding which DFT functional is the best to use for small organic molecules? I had been using BLYP and was told by a reviewer to use another GGA (Grimme's GGA B97D3BJ) since it is better. 

Does DMol3 have the option to use  GGA B97D3BJ? Any advice on how to answer this question is highly appreciated.
