Hi,

I need some help with Material Studio. I’m unable to run the files and keep getting the following error:

[Error in job preparation: Unable to copy file, the request is not supported]

I’ve attached a screenshot —please take a look.

The same job was submitted by my research team, and it worked fine for them. I’m not sure what’s wrong with my software. Even the files won’t run when I use the same method that I’ve successfully used before to run the calculations.

Could someone guide me on how to resolve this issue?
