i am working with forcite module and run energy,Geometry Optimization or Dynamic.but after the task running an error occurred. 

the error is 'an error occurred execution of MatServer'.I haven't encountered it when i work with Castep,DMol3 and Adsorption Locator.What is that error and how can i fix it.plz help me
