I wonder if someone can gently answer my question?

I would like to prepare an amorphous structure of sphalerite (ZnS) which has a hextetrahedral (4-3m) structure naturally. I know that by melting and quenching we can produce an amorphous phase from the crystalline sphalerite. I am wondering if it could be correct to introduce the ZnS molecule as a base to Amorphous Cell Tools of MS to generate an amorphous structure for this material. Could the amorphous material which the tool gives me be representative of an amorphous sphalerite?
