I want to make a simulation box for a polymer solution with quite low %wt concentration and thus i'll have to add about 50,000 H20 molecule. But when I run this on the Amorphous Cell Module it's just is stuck on 0% progress for days. Is their anyway to accelerate the process? can I somehow implement GPU into this?
