Hi all,

I am trying to pack single epoxy polymer chain into a simulation box with a small graphene sheet that has already embedded in it. My density is aimed at 1.3 g/cc for the closest packing of the polymer chain. However, although I have tried many times, the task always fails. All of the times the error message I receive is that there is no possible conformations after spear ring checking.

In such a situation, what should I do to make the packing successful? Attached to this thread are the structures I have prepared for the packing.
