I have synthesized a drug molecule with rings and carbon chain having two sulfhur atoms and one carbonyl oxygen atom. In materials studio I created a Au nanocluster of size 3 nm using dodecahedron script. But now when I try to adorb a drug molecule it fails to do so giving an error with problem in no. of loading steps. How can I adsorb the drug molecule on the surface of nanocluster to do adsorption studies? I tried adsorption module and also used surface coating script but it fails. When I run surface coating script, it runs successfully but drug molecule is not visualized on the surface!!
