I have a Perl script in Materials Studio that creates repeat units for processing with Synthia. However, I cannot find any way of accessing Synthia from the Perl script. I have to generate all the repeat units first using the script. Stop the script. Load the repeat units in Synthia and compute the properties. Once done I have to restart the script to generate more repeat units and do everything again. Is there a way to call Synthia from the Perl script?
