Hiya

I have a small quick question which has been bothering me for a while.

At the university we have a licence and are able to access and use Materials Studio. However, often when starting up, it sometimes does not allow access to the program, stating that the MS visualiser for example is in use; but at that time we find that no one is using Materials Studio. Is there a method to stop this from happening and be able to access the Materials Studio software with ease?
