Hi Every one,

I am using "fixed loading" to load CH4 molecules into a MOF using Sorption module. My question is how can I see the CH4 molecules in MOF and save this file after simulation? I only see CH4 molecues as a field (density map). I want to see CH4 molecules loaded into MOF instead of methane density and then use this file to perform MD simulation. Could you please help me?
