I have been wondering whether Mesocite can create a dpd forcefield that can effectively deal with charged beads system. After reading Reinier's reply in "Electrostatic interactions in DPD" (2012-4-7), I now believe that Mesocite can do such a job. I am now willing to know whether somebody happens to have some published references at hand which successfully use Mesocite dpd to treat charged bead systems. Would you like to share a copy with me? What is more, would someone like to tell me all the specific functional forms Mesocite can use such as Coulombic, Shielded electrostatic interaction, Soft harmonic, Morse van der Waals interaction etc or would someone like to just tell me where I can find such functional forms? By the way, does mesocite dpd deal with electrostatic interaction according to the work by Groot RD in 2003 in his paper "Electrostatic interactions in dissipative particle dynamics-simulation of polyelectrolytes and anionic surfactants "?
Thank you for your kind reply!
