1. Kindly tell me abt whether there is need to perform conformation analysis for this kind of molecule or not as I further want to proceed for polymorph prediction?

2. If yes, which torsions are important to be applied and selected?

3. How should I select the best conformer for polymorph prediction? Lowest energy conformer only or some other too-----what is the basis?

4. I have generated conformers of this molecule with random screening then what I observed that conformations generated after this are having same optimised total energy. So how should I select out of them to proceed further in order to get reliable polymorph prediction?
