I want to study the diffusion of polymer in a surface. Now I need a surface with a FCC accumulation based on the reference [PRL 99, 068301 (2007) and PRL 96, 206001 (2006)]. The surface is modeled by 2 layers of freezing DPD particles distributed on a FCC lattice. How to carry out this aim in MS?

In addition, in Bulid Mesostructure/Option/Randomize conformations, what do it mean when it's checked or no checked, respectively ?
