I wish to use Principal Component Analysis for my trajectories, so I used the following steps and I got the out put file, but I could not get any information from output. Please help me how to use this analysis using DS21.
Load >> trajectories>>protocol>> simulation>>Trajectory Principal Component Analysis., I also played the animation.
