I've recently updated the antibody database (using the "Update Antibody Database" pipeline pilot script) to include several in-house structures.  However, these new structures don't show up as results when running the "Identify Framework Templates" protocol.  I believe I have to update the AntibodyDomainHMMs files.  What's the best way to update these files to contain my new entries?
