Hello again.

I would like to know whether the poses belonging to the cluster 2001 (after docking of two proteins with top 2000 poses) are of any relevance....

I docked 2 proteins with the default parameters :

Top Poses = 2000
Maximum number of clusters = 100

I got many top poses belonging to cluster 2001....Are these of any significance ?

Or should I consider only those clusters below the "maximum number of clusters" limit i.e. 100
