I am searching a template to predict 3D structure of a protein. I used BLAST and BLAST(NCBI SERVER) in DS2020, and I find that the result is so different, for example, 5C5O is Deposited: 2015-06-21 Released: 2016-06-22 ,it is found by BLAST, 1UJ1 is Deposited: 2003-07-25 Released: 2003-11-18 , it is found by BLAST(NCBI SERVER), and I find that the BLAST could not find 1UJ1, BLAST(NCBI SERVER) could not find 5C5O, why?
