Hello:

Does anyone know how to (or does DS Visualizer have the ability to) generate a text file of the hydrogen bond intermolecular inteactions? I understand how to view intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions graphically on the screen, but I would like to generate a textfile of these interaction that are identified by DS visualizer.
