Hi,
I'm trying to see 2D diagram for receptor-ligand interation but I get this error
"Ligand contains too many atoms. The atom limit is 1000."
So, I go to edit>preferences>ligand definition and change maximum number of atom from 100 to 1000. I try to view the 2D diagram again and I get this error:

"Ligand contains a partial double bond, partial triple bond, and/or fractional formal charges.
Please use a localized charge representation. (Uncharged aromatic bonds do not need to be localized.)"
What should I do?
