This script can be used to add any missing disulfide bonds in a protein. First, it identifies Cysteine sulfurs that contain only one bond. Then checks the distances between each of those sulfurs and if any 2 sulfurs are less than 3.0 angstrom apart, a new single bond is formed between them. Each Cysteine sulfur can only be involved in one disulfide bond. The information for any newly created bond is reported in the standard output.
