Hi all,

I am busy running the Dynamics (production) stage of my MD simulation (2ns) but unfortunately we are experiencing power cuts every day. 

When starting up the PC again it shows the log file in output with ~20% of production complete and restart file in intermediate output.  If I use this intermediate .rst file with the input .dsv file (equilibrated molecule) would it continue the production from the point where it was interrupted?

If this is the case then I could probably decrease the simulation time of the subsequent run accordingly...

Am I right to assume that the restart file contains information about the conformations as well or is this only in the output restart file once the entire run is finished?

Any advice on how to resume jobs would be appreciated
