Residue hydrophobicity scale in the Protein Aggregation Scores protocol

The amino acid residue hydrophobicity values used in the Calculate Protein Aggregation Scores protocol are normalized hydrophobicity scale based on (Black S. D. and Mould D.R., Anal. Biochem., 1991, 193(1), 72-82), such that glycine has the hydrophobicity value of zero, and more hydrophobic amino acids have more positive values:
