can any one post the 3D QSAR protocol to do the 3D QSAR analysis with DS 2.5. I tried to update the 2.5 with update 2 available on www.accelrys.com, but all the components were updated except 3D protocol. I also found the help tutorial for 3D QSAR. help needed.
