can anyone throwlight as to how to use citest command to pick unique pharmacophores generated from receptor
citest -chm \\\$chm1 -chm \\\$chm2 -bestonly

when used file name of chm1 like hypo1.chm for chm1 command says undefined variable

any info on this issue would of great help
