Dear all, pharmDB may not fit my some works, i use the SD file download from zinc20 database (file contains 220k molecules and size is about 1GB) to build 3D database. However, it often shows system error in the job of Discovery Studio Client. So I want to know what the limit is for the file size that this protocol can load.
