This protocol runs from the Pipeline Pilot Client. It calculates the Profiles-3D Verify scores for all the MSV files in the specified Directory Path and output the scores (score for the molecule as well as the per residue scores) to the Excel viewer. It is useful as a quick check to compare all the Profiles-3D scores for a large number of homology models, before running in DS.

Note, this protocol will only run on Windows with DS 1.7 (not Linux)
